Before you write

Two of the most common questions are faster to answer yourself:

• "What will this color look like on me?" — Use the free try-on. Pick your skin tone, nail shape and length, and compare shades on one consistent hand.
• "Which shade is which?" — Every color is listed by family: red, pink, nude, plum, purple, blue, green, orange, yellow, black and grey.

Writing about an order

Include your order number and the shade code from your confirmation email — the code (for example RC39 or BP06) identifies the exact color, since many shades share a family.

Glitter, shimmer and crackle

You can try these on the hand like any other finish. The sparkle you see is built from that exact polish's own swatch — the size of its flakes, how densely they sit, and what color they throw — so a fine champagne shimmer doesn't come out looking like chunky silver glitter. It gets you close, not identical. If you want a better look at one before ordering, just ask.
