These terms govern your use of nailcolorconsultation.com and any purchase you make through it. The site is operated by Nail Color Consultation ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who can order
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Products, colors and the try-on
Our try-on shows each shade painted onto photographs of real hands. It is built from measurements of each polish's own swatch, and it is a preview, not a photograph of that polish on your hand. Screens vary, skin varies, and lighting varies. Colors on your nails will differ from what you see here, and we don't warrant an exact match.
Product descriptions, shade names and family groupings are provided for guidance. We try to keep everything accurate, but we don't warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free.
Our polishes are gel formulas that require a UV or LED lamp to cure. They will not dry in air. Please follow the manufacturer's instructions on the product and use eye protection appropriate to your lamp.
Cosmetic safety
These are cosmetic products for external use on nails only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have a known sensitivity to nail products, check the ingredients before ordering, and speak to a healthcare professional if you're unsure. Keep away from children. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
Pricing and availability
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. All orders are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct pricing or description errors — including after an order is placed. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment processing; we don't store your card details. You confirm that any payment method you use is yours and that the information you give us is accurate.
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Your account
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site to break the law, to interfere with how it runs, to scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people, or to resell our content. The site's design, text, images, try-on renderings and code belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Product images and brand names supplied by manufacturers remain the property of those manufacturers.
Anything you send us
If you send us reviews, photos, ideas or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use it to promote and operate the store, and you confirm it's yours to give. We may remove content at our discretion.
Third-party links
Where we link to another site, we're not responsible for its content or its practices.
Disclaimers and limits
The site and its content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Where we are liable, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order it relates to.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some states don't allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted here when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
