Nude Nail Polish on Dark Skin

If anyone’s told you to stick to neutrals, ignore them. Dark skin gives you the most range of any tone: brights land hard, pales show up properly, and deep shades gain richness instead of going flat.

Start with 3-shade set (R16+R17+R18) — warm, caramel nude, and it stands well clear of your skin. 15 of the 26 will read as a real contrast on your hand, and five will blend almost all the way in if that’s what you’re after. If you’d rather go lighter, Pale nude shimmer (FXA-FA05) is more of a bone.

Change the nail shape and length as you go — the same nude is a different manicure short and round than it is long and stiletto.
