Pink Nail Polish on Pale Skin

Pale hands are where a nude can vanish completely — too close to your own color to register at all. Anything saturated, though, does all the work for you.

Start with Deep pink crackle (RTA626 Color) — cool, deep fuchsia, and it stands well clear of your skin. 14 of the 38 will read as a real contrast on your hand, and eight will blend almost all the way in if that’s what you’re after. If you’d rather go lighter, Pale pink crème (BP87) is more of a rose pink.

Change the nail shape and length as you go — the same pink is a different manicure short and round than it is long and stiletto.
